August 3rd was the I2CNER open day at Kyushu University Ito Campus. I was honored to give two short lectures to High School students visiting Kyushu University to consider their future options for advanced studies.
My lectures focused on the challenges of a transitioning energy system, particularly the challenges associated with intermittent and geographically challenging renewables.
Thank you to all who attended and I hope that my lecture has inspired your future research, as well as giving you some ideas of how to save energy or use it more effectively, starting today!
