This month, two new articles were published in Energy Policy and Applied Energy.
The first article deals with the issue of Energy Poverty and the limitations of current approaches, detailing a multi-dimensional energy poverty index for Japan based on both qualitative and quantitative means.
The second article, lead by Dr Hoa of Kyushu University, details a carbon trading scheme optimization model for the Prefectures of Japan which maximizes renewable energy deployment according to potential and efficiency.
